Ginger me up!




Recipe of the day: Gingertea

Ingredients:

  • Fresh ginger pealed and cut into pieces

  • Fresh water


  • Cook and leave to simmer for a little while.


    I thought ginger was good to combat colds and throat aches. However, it supposedly has a whole lot of other nice effects as well. It can prevent nausea caused by motion sickness or morning sickness, it may help upset stomachs, avoid heat cramps, regulate natural inflammation and joint pains in the body, ease headaches and possibly help treating heart diseases.     Ah... I love ginger. You can't make a decent curry without it!
